The time for presenting a response having expired and no response having been presented, Employment Judge Daniels makes the following:[1]The claim for unlawful deductions from wages is well founded in respect of three weeks’ pay. Remedy[2]The claimant’s weekly pay is £346.15 gross, £298.46 net.[3]The claimant is entitled to payment of three week’s gross wages of £1,038.05 (with the respondent required to make appropriate deductions for tax and NI in the usual way). (Note: The claimant may wish to seek advice on any rights arising in the event the respondent is insolvent including any rights with the National Insurance Fund.)
