JUDGMENT

[1]The Respondent failed to send a response to the claim and failed to attend or be represented at the hearing. The Claimant attended and gave evidence on oath in support of her statement in the ET1 claim form presented on 17 August 2017, provided further information relating to her employment and confirmed that she had not claimed any recoupable social security benefits following the termination of her employment.
