Mr M Mehta v Admirable Crichton: 3327239/2019

EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 3327239/2019
Mr M MehtaClaimantAdmirable CrichtonRespondent
Employment Judge Quill DateDate 25 August 2022

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 25 June 2022, the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because  the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 16 December 2022.  it has not been actively pursued.[2]The deadline for response was 18 July 2022. The claimant’s email of 25 June 2022 was considered by me on 1 August 2022. The email was sent in response to the strike out warning. The email does not request hearing. The contents have been taken into account. On my instructions, a letter dated 7 August 2022 was sent to the Claimant stating that I did not consider it a valid response to the strike out warning, and giving the Claimant until 15 August 2022 to make representations or to request a hearing.[3]No further communication from the Claimant has been received. The claim is therefore struck out.
