JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sum of £819.[2]The respondent has told the tribunal that the payment will be made to the claimant by 4 September 2020 by bacs transfer into the claimant’s bank account using the bank details in the possession of the respondent.REASONS
[1]The claimant did not attend the hearing of this matter which was conducted by CVP. The claimant was last in contact with the employment tribunal by email on the 3 August 2020. Email correspondence has been sent to the claimant by the employment tribunal, using the claimant’s email address, notifying the claimant about the hearing today and providing him with details of how to join the hearing using a computer or telephone.[2]The respondent was represented by Mr Hitchins. Mr Hitchins explained that the respondent concedes that the claimant is entitled to payment of £819. This payment as not yet been made to the claimant. I made a judgment, to which the respondent consented, that the respondent is to pay to the claimant the sum of £819.[3]I discussed with Mr Hitichins the question of payment to the claimant and how it was to be made. Mr Hitichins informed me that the respondent would made the payment to the claimant using bacs (J) Page 1 of 2 Case Number: 3326417/2019 (V) transfer. The respondent has details of the claimant’s bank account and payment will be made using those details. The payment will be made to the claimant to arrive by the 4 September 2020.
