[1]The claimant having not provided a contact telephone number for the case management hearing on 07/08/2020 and following that hearing was ordered to show cause why the claims should not be struck out, given the claimant has confirmed in writing he does not intend to engage in the Tribunal process. The respondent and Tribunal have not heard from the claimant showing good cause or any cause why the claims should not be struck out. The claims are now dismissed as the claimant is not actively pursuing the claims and clearly has no intention of doing so.
