JUDGMENT
[1]The respondent has made unlawful deductions from wages and/or breached the claimant’s contract and must pay to the claimant: 1.1. £371.37, and 1.2. £284.88.[2]The respondent has failed to pay holiday pay to the claimant and must pay to the claimant £592.07 in respect of holiday pay.[3]The amount at point1.1 is a net figure and must be paid without any deductions. The amounts at point1.2 and 2 are gross and in respect of those the judgment will be satisfied by payment of a net figure with any necessary tax being deducted and paid to HMRC.
