Rule 21 of Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013[1]The claimant brought claims against “Luke Fines, Reptasia Limited and The Finest Reptiles & Exotics Limited”. The claimant has only provided an early conciliation certificate for “Luke Fines, Reptasia”. Accordingly, her claims against The Finest Reptiles & Exotics Limited are dismissed while her claims against Luke Fines and Reptasia Limited continue. No respondent has submitted a response to the claim within the time limit allowed or made an application for extension of time.[2]The claimant is owed unpaid wages and is awarded £849.73 (net) in compensation.
