JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaints of unfair dismissal and breach of contract in respect of notice pay have no reasonable prospects of success and are struck out under rule 37(1)(a).[2]The claimant’s pay complaints (for holiday pay and other payments including arrears of pay and loss of overtime) are struck out under rules 37(1)(c) and (d), that is for failing to comply in respect of the pay complaints with the tribunal’s order of 29 August 2017 to provide a schedule of loss by 26 September 2017, and for failure to actively pursue the claims since 25 September 2017.
