REASONS

The Claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £200 following a preliminary hearing on 15 December 2017. The Order was sent to the Claimant on 30 December 2017. The Claimant has failed to pay this deposit. The complaints of harassment related to sex and victimisation in respect of the Claimant’s dismissal are therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013. The claims of victimisation set out in paragraph 4 of the case management summary of 15 December 2017 continue.
