JUDGMENT

[1]The Tribunal heard evidence on oath from the Claimant and read documents provided by him. Unauthorised Deduction from Wages – section 13 Employment Rights Act

[2]The Claimant was owed wages and is awarded £5,855.94 (gross) and £32,954.16 (net) in compensation. The total award is £38,810.10 and the Respondent is ordered to pay this sum to the Claimant. Breach of Contract – article 3 Employment Tribunal Extension of Jurisdiction (E&W) Order 1994
