[1]On 24 October 2020 the Tribunal wrote to the Claimant to inform him that an Employment Judge was considering striking out the claim because it has not been actively pursued.[2]The Claimant was given 21 days to object to this proposal and give reasons in writing or request a hearing at which he could make them.[3]The Claimant has not responded to the Tribunal’s letter.[4]The claim is therefore dismissed because it has not been actively pursued.
