JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s pay and is ordered to pay him the sum of £3,852.99 net.[2]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant in respect of accrued and untaken holiday and is ordered to pay him the sum of £1,244.74 net.[3]The Respondent failed to give notice or pay in lieu and is ordered to compensate the Claimant in the sum of £3,556.60.[4]The Respondent has failed to reimburse the Claimant for legitimate expenses and is ordered to compensate him in the sum of £241.77 The above sums have been calculated net, after deduction of income tax and national insurance contributions. The sums must be paid without further deduction.
