[1]The Management Committee of Rowhill School is added as a second respondent to the proceedings.[2]The claimants’ complaints were presented outside the time limit for the presentation of complaints. It was not reasonably practicable for the claimants to present complaints within the time limit. The complaints were presented within a reasonable time. Alternatively, it is just and equitable to extend the time to present the complaints. The Employment Tribunal has the jurisdiction to consider the claimants complaints.
