[1]The Tribunal heard evidence on oath and read documents provided by the parties and determined as follows. Unfair Constructive Dismissal – sections 95(1)(c) and 98 Employment Rights Act 1996[2]The Claimant resigned from his employment as a Dip Moulding Operative on 2 March 2017. He was not constructively dismissed. The complaint of unfair dismissal fails and is dismissed.
