JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims succeed. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £16,547 made up as follows: 1.1. Redundancy pay of £4950. 1.2. Wages for the period of 16 July to 23 October 2019, (including one week’s notice given and £173 in deducted pension payments) £5297. 1.3. Notice pay for 10 weeks, (1 week’s notice having been given) £4500. 1.4. 20 days holiday pay in the sum of £1800.[2]For the avoidance of doubt, the above sums are all calculated gross, are to be paid without deduction and are taxable in the hands of the Claimant.
