The complaint of Sexual Orientation Discrimination is struck out.

REASONS

[1]The Claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £1,000 following a preliminary hearing held on 4 December 2017. The Order was sent to the Claimant on 12 December 2017. The last date for payment of the deposit was 2 January 2018. The Claimant has failed to pay the deposit. The complaint of Sexual Orientation Discrimination is therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The other claims for Holiday Pay, Notice Pay and Breach of Contract are not affected by this Judgment.
