Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Claimant has suffered an unlawful deduction from wages contrary to S13 of The Employment Rights Act 1996 in the amount of £360.00.REASONS
(1) The Respondent failed to respond to the Claimant’s claim and as a result a decision has been made in the Claimant’s favour.(2) The Claimant’s claim form clearly sets out that he claims £360.00 in respect of 6 days of unpaid wages and the Tribunal accepts this.(3) The Tribunal has no jurisdiction or ability to make awards of compensation or in respect of other costs in these types of claim.
