JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim for unfair dismissal is well founded and succeeds.[2]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant compensation in the sum of £7,488.44 comprising: i. A basic award in the gross sum of £5,761.94 ii. A compensatory award in the net sum of £1,226.50 (including a 10% uplift for breaching the ACAS Code of Practice on Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures 2015) iii. An award in the sum of £500.00 for loss of statutory rights[3]It is declared that The Employment Protection (Recoupment of Benefits) Regulations 1996 do not apply.
