[1]The Respondent failed to serve a Response in time in Mr Savvides’ case. Accordingly, Judgment is entered for Mr Savvides.[2]A remedy hearing has been listed for 6 September 2017 at 10 am in Mr Savvides case at Watford Employment Tribunal.[3]A Directions Hearing has also been listed on that date, time and place in Mrs Savvides case. All orders for directions are suspended until then in her case.[4]The Respondent has subsequently indicated an intention to enter a Response in Mr Savvides case. That will have to be by way of an application for a reconsideration of this default Judgment made in accordance with the Employment Tribunal rules, together with a draft Response.
