JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s complaint of victimisation has no reasonable prospect of success and that complaint is struck out.[2]The respondent’s application to strike out the claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal because of protected disclosures on the basis that(a) the claimant failed to comply with an order to provide further particulars of his claim,(b) the manner in which the claimant conducted the proceedings was unreasonable and/or vexatious and/or(c) the complaint has no reasonable prospect of success is refused.[3]The respondent’s application for a deposit order in respect of the claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal because of protected disclosures on the basis that the complaint has little reasonable prospect of success is refused.[4]Case management orders have been made in respect of the claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal because of protected disclosures and will be sent separately.
