[1]The Claimants’ claims to redundancy and notice payments are well-founded.[2]The Respondent must pay Mr Kovalcik forthwith the following amounts: a) a redundancy payment in the sum of £4,499.95 (13 x £346.15 gross) b) a notice payment in the sum of £3,530.76 (12 x £249.23 net) c) the grand total the Respondent must pay him is £8,030.71.[3]The Respondent must pay Mrs Kovalcikova forthwith the following amounts: a) a redundancy payment in the sum of £3,900 (13 x £300 gross) Case Number: 3324414/2019 3324415/2019 b) a notice payment in the sum of £3,176.28 (12 x £264.69 net) c) the grand total the Respondent must pay her is £7,076.28
