[1]The claimant was not dismissed by the respondent.[2]The claims of unfair dismissal, direct disability discrimination and disability related harassment are not well founded and are dismissed.[3]The respondent is to pay to the claimant £282.75 in respect of unauthorised deduction from wages.[4]The respondent is to pay to the claimant 2 weeks’ wages in respect of failure to provide a written statement of terms and conditions pursuant to s.38 of the Employment Act 2002 at the rate of £250.
