[1]The application to amend to include a complaint of victimisation is refused.[2]The application to amend to add allegations of incidents of harassment is allowed in part.[3]The claimant was a disabled person by reason of cancer. She was not disabled by reason of depression.[4]There was no harassment of the claimant related to her disability.[5]There was no direct discrimination of the claimant because of her disability.[6]There was no unfavourable treatment of the claimant because of something arising in consequence of her disability.[7]There was no failure to make reasonable adjustments by the respondents.[8]The complaints fail and the claim is dismissed.
