JUDGMENT

[1]The Tribunal heard evidence on oath and read documents in a bundle provided by the parties. From the evidence heard and read the Tribunal determined as follows. Breach of Contract – article 3 Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction (E&W) Order 1994[2]The Claimant was owed Statutory Sick Pay for the notice period of 11-22 April 2016 and is awarded the sum of £123.83 in compensation. The Respondent is ordered to pay this sum to the Claimant. Holiday Pay – regulation 30 Working Time Regulations 1998[3]The Claimant has been paid all she is entitled to receive in holiday pay. Unauthorised Deduction from Wages – section 13 Employment Rights Act[4]The Claimant was owed wages for mileage allowance and is awarded the sum of £15.40 in compensation. The Respondent is ordered to pay this sum to the Claimant.
