Employment Judge VowlesDate 18 October 2017

JUDGMENT

Rule 37 of Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013[1]The claim is struck out because it has not been actively pursued.[2]The hearing listed for 9 November 2017 is cancelled.

REASONS

[3]On 14 July 2017 the Respondent complained that the Claimant had failed to comply with the Tribunal’s orders to provide a schedule of loss and to provide disclosure of documents.[4]On 25 September 2017 the Tribunal informed the Claimant that an Employment Judge was considering striking out the claim because it has not been actively pursued. She was told that if she wished to object to this proposal she should give her reasons in writing or request a hearing at which she could make them by 2 October 2017.[5]The Claimant has failed to provide any response.[6]Accordingly the claim is struck out.
