JUDGMENT
[1]The claim was presented out of time and is struck out as the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear it in circumstances where it was reasonably practicable for the claim to have been made in time.[2]In the alternative, if I were wrong on the issue of timeliness, I would have dismissed the claim for unpaid wages. The Claimant averred that he had not been paid for the week commencing 31 May 2021 before his employment was terminated on 7 June 2021. Documents presented to the Tribunal, on the day of the hearing, indicated that payment for this period had been made in full and there were no monies outstanding.
