[1]The Claimant made a claim that he suffered unlawful deductions from wages.[2]Notice of the claim and a request to respond was sent to the Respondent on 21 October 2019. To date the Respondent has failed to respond and the Tribunal has decided the claim in Claimant’s favour.[3]The Claimant has provided his hourly rate, hours worked and a calculation of amount claimed. As this is undisputed the Tribunal has accepted the Claimant’s evidence.
