The claimant’s complaints of age-related harassment are struck out.REASONS
[1]The claimant was ordered to pay a deposit of £75 per allegation of agerelated harassment following a preliminary hearing held on 30 June 2021. The Order was sent to the claimant on 16 August 2021. The claimant has failed to pay this deposit. Any complaints of age-related harassment is therefore struck out under rule 39(4) of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013.[2]The claimant’s remaining claims (of unlawful racial harassment) will proceed to a hearing.
