[1]The claimant’s claim for Age Discrimination is dismissed upon withdrawal.[2]The claimant’s claim for accrued holiday entitlement not taken at the date of termination of his employment is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay him the net sum of £753.97.[3]The claimant’s claim for breach of contract in relation to notice pay is well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay him the gross sum of £818.67 (subject to tax and National Insurance deduction).[4]The claimant’s claim for failure to provide pay statements is dismissed.
