JUDGMENT

[1]The Claimant’s claims for notice pay and holiday pay succeed, the Respondent shall pay the Claimant: 1.1. £321.93 in respect of notice pay, and 1.2. £744.95 in respect of holiday pay.[2]For the avoidance of doubt, the total payable by the Respondent to the Claimant, without deduction, taxable in the hands of the Claimant, is £1066.88[3]In light of the Claimant’s letter to the tribunal of 13 December 2019, the Claimant should note that: 3.1. She did not bring a claim for unpaid wages; 3.2. She did not bring a claim for unfair dismissal, (and was not entitled to, as she did not have the required 2 year’s service); 3.3. Consequential post dismissal losses may not therefore be claimed, and 3.4. It is not possible to award compensation for stress and anxiety in respect of claims for notice pay and holiday pay.
