[1]The claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal was presented outside the time limit. It was reasonably practicable for it to be presented in time and therefore the time limit cannot be extended. The tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear this complaint.[2]The claimant’s complaint of disability discrimination was presented outside the time limit. It is not just and equitable to extend time to allow the complaints to be heard outside the time limit. The tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear this complaint.[3]The claimant’s claim cannot proceed as it was not brought within the time limits.
