JUDGMENT
[1]The Tribunal finds that the claim for unlawful deduction of wages is wellfounded and awards the Claimant as follows: i. £20.84 (gross) on account of an unlawful deduction from wages on 19 July 2021; ii. £134.89 (gross) on account of an unlawful deduction from wages between 21 - 29 July 2021 inclusive. These sums are only to be paid by the Respondent to the extent that they have not already been paid.[2]The Tribunal finds that the claim for breach of contract is not well-founded.[3]The Tribunal finds that the claim of unfair dismissal is not well-founded.
