JUDGMENT
[1]The claim for unlawful deduction from wages succeeds. The Respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the Claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay to the Claimant the gross sum of £2,227 in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted. The Respondent made unlawful deductions from wages by not paying all the wages due on 31 August and 30 September 2021 and not paying any wages due on 31 October 2021.[2]The claim for holiday pay succeeds. The Respondent is ordered to pay the gross sum of £600 to the Claimant in respect of holiday pay. This holiday pay arises from her period of service from 16 August to 8 October 2021.[3]The Claimant is responsible for any income tax and employee national insurance contributions due.
