Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Claimant’s normal gross pay was £3209.31 per month, or £740.61 per week. Upon termination, his unused holiday entitlement was 23 days or 4.6 weeks.[2]The respondent has failed to pay in lieu of the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £3406.81 (£740.61 x 4.6)[3]The judgment can be satisfied by making the payment subject to any PAYE deductions that it is required by law to make, but without any other deduction.
