JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondents were in breach of contract for failing to pay notice and under the terms of the Claimant’s Contract of Employment, she was entitled to 12 weeks’ notice and the Respondents are Ordered to pay damages for breach of contract totalling: net £7,843.80[2]At the termination of the Claimant’s employment, she had accrued and untaken four days holiday and the Respondents are Ordered to pay the sum of: £372.49.[3]The Claimant is entitled to a 25% uplift on the Award for failing to follow any procedure in relation to the termination of the Claimant’s employment, (25% = £2,054.07).[4]Total Award payable from the Respondent to the Claimant: £ 10,870.36
