[1]The Respondent having failed to present a response and the time limit having expired, judgment is given:1.1 A protective award of 90 days pay is made with respect to employees of the following description – Ms K Sobanska employed by the Respondent until circa 31 August 2021 in its property management business at Penn House, 30 High Street, Rickmansworth WD3 1EP, the protected period beginning on 31 August 2021;1.2 The unlawful deductions claim is dismissed, as the sums due in this regard have been paid by the Insolvency Service and it is no longer pursued;1.3 The Claimant’s claim breach of contract is well-founded and succeeds in the following respects:1.3.1 Notice pay of £3,982.10;1.3.2 Employer pensions contributions of £103.80.
