[1]By a letter dated 16 August 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because[2]This warning followed on from the Respondent’s various emails which have been copied to the Claimant, including 16 May 2022, 5 July 2022 and 10 August 2022. It was followed by the Respondent’s email of 31 August 2022. The Claimant has seemingly failed to reply to any of those emails.[3]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[4]The hearing fixed for 4 October 2022 will not take place.
