[1]The rejection of the claim form, containing complaints of unfair dismissal and public interest disclosure detriment, presented on 9 November 2021 was properly made on 12 January 2022 as the names on the claim form and the ACAS Certificate were not the same and it was not a minor error.[2]The same claim form was presented out of time on 22 February 2022 and the claimant has not shown it was not reasonably practicable for it to have been presented in time.[3]The claim is struck out as the tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear it. __________________________________ Employment Judge Manley 26 September 2023 Sent to the parties on:14/11/2023.
