Mr D Catalin-Anton v Rivermill Management Ltd: 3322747/2021

EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 3322747/2021
Mr D Catalin -AntonClaimantRivermill Management LTDRespondent
Employment Judge TynanDate 3 August 2022

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 25 June 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because  the manner in which the proceedings have been conducted by or on behalf of the claimant has been scandalous, unreasonable or vexatious.  the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 7 March 2022.  it has not been actively pursued.  it is no longer possible to have a fair hearing of the claim because the respondent does not know the case it is to meet at the final hearing.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 29 September 2022 will not take place.
