[1]The name of the Respondent shall be amended to Daniel Farrow Hospitality Limited.[2]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £2,121.75.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £908.10.[4]For the avoidance of doubt, the total payable by the respondent to the claimant under the terms of this Judgment, without deduction, taxable in the hands of the claimant, is £3029.85.
