Breach of Contract Counter Claim – article 4 Employment Tribunals Extension of Jurisdiction (E&W) Order 1994[1]The 1st Respondent is awarded £6,379 in damages for the costs of training to obtain his PCV licence. The Claimant is ordered to pay this sum to the 1st Respondent. Costs Order – rules 74-84 of Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013[2]The 1st Respondent is awarded £2,810 in respect of costs incurred in defending the Claimant’s claim. The Claimant is ordered to pay this sum to the 1st Respondent.
