Miss M Elliott-Money v Robert Fielder: 3322575/2019
JUDGMENT
The complaints of unfair dismissal, disability discrimination and in respect of SPP are struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 8 December 2019 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the complaints listed above should not be struck out because they have no reasonable prospect of success.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The complaints are therefore struck out.[3]The claimant’s remaining claim for notice pay remains listed for hearing on 11 March 2020. _____________________________ Employment Judge Anstis Date: 30 January 2020[1]The Tribunal found that the Claimant was not actively pursuing the remaining complaint of Notice Pay by her failure to attend this hearing. The complaint of Notice Pay was accordingly struck out.[2]That brings the proceedings to an end. Public Access to Employment Tribunal Judgments[3]The parties are informed that all judgments and reasons for judgments are published, in full, online at www.gov.uk/employment-tribunal-decisions shortly after a copy has been sent to the Claimant and Respondent.
