JUDGMENT
It is the unanimous decision of the Employment Tribunal that:[1]The Claimant was unfairly dismissed.[2]The Claimant was the victim of unlawful discrimination on the protected characteristic of disability, as claimed and as set out in paragraphs 15 – 27 of the Report of the Case Management Discussion held by Employment Judge Warren on 5 March 2020, save and except for those complaints which are set out at paragraphs 22.6 (which was withdrawn by the Claimant), 25.1 and 25.5.[3]The time for requesting full written reasons for the Tribunal’s decision is extended, on the joint Application of both parties, to 16 April 2021. 1 February 2021
