Mrs CK Sandhu v Baxter Storey Ltd: 3322525/2021
JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claims are struck out because they are not being actively pursued and she has failed to comply with Tribunal orders.REASONS
[1]Notice of hearing was sent to the parties on 8 April 2022. This included standard case management orders.[2]By an email of 23 May 2022, the Respondent applied for an unless order on the basis that the Claimant failed to comply with the case management orders.[3]On 26 June 2022 a letter was sent by the Tribunal on instruction from EJ Cowen, requiring the Claimant to explain in writing by 11 July 2022 why she had not complied with Tribunal orders. The letter also advised that a failure to respond may lead to her claim being struck out.[4]No reply from the Claimant has been received.[5]In the circumstances, the Claimant is not actively pursuing her claims and has failed to comply with Tribunal orders. It is in the interest of justice to strike out her claims. EJ Maxwell Date: 4 August 2022 ……………………………. ……...……………………..
