JUDGMENT
[1]By consent the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant arrears of pay of £2,600.00 calculated as to 292 hours at £8.91 per hour National Minimum Wage.[2]By consent the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant holiday pay of £1,200.00 calculated as 135 hours at £8.91 per hour.[3]The total payable therefore by the respondent to the claimant is £3,800.00.[4]All the above figures are stated gross. The respondent may comply with this Judgment by deducting and paying tax and national insurance and paying the balance to the claimant, but if it does so, it must at the same time provide to the claimant written confirmation that it has paid the tax and national insurance, and if it fails to give such confirmation, the entire sum will then be due and payable to the claimant.
