Name of Respondent[2]The correct name of the Respondent is CJP Construction Limited and the title to the proceedings is amended accordingly. Employment Status – section 230 Employment Rights Act 1996[3]The Claimant did not have the status of an employee or a worker and was not entitled to bring complaints of breach of contract, unpaid wages and unpaid holiday pay. These claims fail and are dismissed.
