JUDGMENT

[1]The Tribunal heard evidence on oath and read documents provided by the parties. Name of Respondent[2]The correct name of the Respondent is CJP Construction Limited and the title to the proceedings is amended accordingly. Employment Status – section 230 Employment Rights Act 1996[3]The Claimant did not have the status of an employee or a worker and was not entitled to bring complaints of breach of contract, unpaid wages and unpaid holiday pay. These claims fail and are dismissed. Reasons – rule 62 of Schedule 1 to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013[4]Reasons for this judgment were given orally at the hearing.
