[1]By a letter dated 12 June 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 22 March 2021. it has not been actively pursued, and the Claimant has not responded to questions about the identity of the employer[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. She has not contacted the Tribunal since 21 November 2020. The claim is therefore struck out.
