Case Number: 3322299/2019 Schedule A The list of issues in claim number 3335148/2018 is amended as follows: Unlawful deduction of wages (4) What wages were “properly payable” to the claimant during the period he was employed by the respondent as a consultant? The claimant contends he ought to have received a salary of £103,490 per annum but was paid £86,369 per annum. Whilst he was still employed, the panel offered to pay him an increased sum of £92,078 per annum, but the claimant rejected that offer. However, the claimant contends, and the respondent accepts, that as a minimum the claimant was entitled to be paid that pro-rata salary of £92,078 per annum during the period of his employment.
