The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 10 December 2021 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because, as alleged by the Respondent’s representatives’ emails of 28 November 2021 and 8 December 2021 (which were copied to the Claimant) the claimant had not complied with the Orders of the Tribunal dated 9 February 2021. The claim has not been actively pursued.[2]By the deadline of 11am on the 13 December 2021, the claimant has failed to make representations in writing and has failed to ask for a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 15 December to 17 December 2021 will not take place.
