JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant was unfairly dismissed by the respondent. The complaint of unfair dismissal is upheld. The respondent shall pay to the claimant compensation for unfair dismissal assessed at £2,546.50 in respect of:(a) a Basic Award of £2,346.50; and(b) a Compensatory Award of £200.00[2]The respondent did not discriminate against the claimant on grounds of sex. The sex discrimination claim is not upheld.[3]The respondent dismissed the claimant in breach of contract. The claim for breach of contract is upheld. The respondent shall pay to the claimant damages for breach of contract assessed at £2,064.00
